You can see my purchase history, I’ve bought a few cars at your dealership over the years, the sales and service have steadily gone down hill! This was my second car I bought from Joe and he didn’t remember me, the GM certified car had wiper blades that were falling apart and it was missing the passenger side carpet which I didn’t notice till a couple days later. Last two service appointments were messed up plus they didn’t run the car through the wash! And then the finance guy was a complete jerk! He must have been in a hurry cause he just flew thru everything and just started pointing to the papers saying sign here, initial here. Then he had a nasty comment when I didn’t take the extended warranty. Overall not a pleasant experience and I’d say I’m not sure if I’ll purchase another vehicle there again
