I overall had a good experience. However, there were times to where I was left alone for long periods of time without knowing what was going on. With the dead time, the whole process took almost 5 hour times to where I was left alone for long periods of time without knowing what was going on. With the dead time, the whole process took almost 5 hours, which is way too long to be at a dealership when dealing with one car. More transparency during the process would of quantified a 5 star rating. More
