Jeff was great! He had a lot of problems with my warranty company, and he spent a ridiculous amount of time on the phone with them. He kept in contact with me, and He had a lot of problems with my warranty company, and he spent a ridiculous amount of time on the phone with them. He kept in contact with me, and he was always a professional and polite! Although the delay was due to the warranty company, Jeff was apologetic for it taking so long for the repairs. Couldn't be more pleased with this service department. I bought my car used a couple of months ago and came in with a paint issue. I was prepared to hear there is nothing we can do from service.
