I did not or will not have service there. They screwed me over on buying a car and then the time I did have service there for a warranty part. I spent over 2 wks researching online and calling dealerships within a 600 mile radius in search for a pretty specific vehicle during a time where there was significantly more demand than there was s dealerships within a 600 mile radius in search for a pretty specific vehicle during a time where there was significantly more demand than there was supply. I came across a vehicle online that I was interested in, I called Advantage Chevrolet to inquire more info. They regretfully informed me that vehicle had been sold earlier that day, very shortly after it had been delivered. They did however let me know that they had a vehicle similar to the one I had called about, but in transit. They read off what information they had on it and explained they weren't sure of its ETA but they could contact me upon it's arrival. So I gave them my contact info just as I had to SEVERAL other dealers in similar cases, rarely ever receiving an actual return call from them. Over the next two days I continued my search with growing frustrations and losing hope. On that third day I got a call from Dan, the Internet Sales Manager from Advantage Chevy. He was excited to inform me that the truck that was in transit had in fact just been delivered and is there in their lot if I was still interested. I could not believe what I was hearing! I told Dan that it was a 90 min drive but we would be on our way very shortly. Upon our arrival we were greeted at the door by a salesman, Andrew Fitzpatrick, who was extremely helpful and was able to assist us throughout the entire process. He was very patient while going out of his way to answer any questions we had, he was knowledgeable to the industry, and had a great all-around personality. When it was time to meet with the business/finance office, Dennis Reilly was absolutely amazing. Within moments we could tell that Dennis had been doing this for a long time. He answered any questions we had as well as answering questions we didn't even know we had yet! We felt like he was truly looking out for our best interests and nothing else. Long story (kind of) short-we left there that night in our new truck that was exactly what we were looking for and honestly SO. MUCH. MORE. and we bought it from a dealership that gave us an experience you would expect to get from a place that you have been going to for years, even though we had never once done any kind of business with them before. We will recommend them to our friends and family for years to come! More
