I was left stranded & I know it should have been covered by warranty ! I own a 2021 car ! Now I a disputing a tow bill for $500 since per CHEVY AT HODGKINS CAN PAY. The only reason why I went that far to bu by warranty ! I own a 2021 car ! Now I a disputing a tow bill for $500 since per CHEVY AT HODGKINS CAN PAY. The only reason why I went that far to buy a car , was becuase my family members have been buying cars from them for decades. VERY VERY UPSET. I had to Beg !!!!! For a loan car ! UNBELIEVABLE ! Had to pay another $55 dollars to get to them! They really have to work on their customer service! I know what’s covered and what is not and it was not offered to me! It More

2019 Silverado in for recall work, forgot to remove my lumbar support cushion...broken, had tires rotated....they did not reset tire pressure sensors....did not set correct pressure.....pressure on dash r lumbar support cushion...broken, had tires rotated....they did not reset tire pressure sensors....did not set correct pressure.....pressure on dash read out from front tires are actually on rear and vice/versa, asked for transmission shifting issue to be test drove....reported back that all was fine....even though GM is being sued in a class action suit for this very problem....internet is loaded with complaints and yet the service dept is either misleading customers or incompetent ....... bet there are numerous bulletins on this problem that the dealer is aware of. Will never set foot in this dealership again and nor will anyone I have influence with. More
