I bought my car from this dealership and only take it here for oil changes and service. They are very accommodating and when I thought damage had been done to my car, they were prompt in showing me that here for oil changes and service. They are very accommodating and when I thought damage had been done to my car, they were prompt in showing me that it was there when we brought it in. They weren’t combative at all when I called about it but did their due diligence to show me the issue. More

Chevy of Hodgkins was relentless in figuring out what was wrong with my 2020 Blazer....another dealer gave up! It took time, but they replaced the transmission....and some parts after that. Replaced the cool wrong with my 2020 Blazer....another dealer gave up! It took time, but they replaced the transmission....and some parts after that. Replaced the cooling fan and radiator. Car running like new. Caroline was great to work with. Good communication and rewarded me for my patience. HA! They seamlessly worked with my warranty to get the work covered. Thanks! More

Carolina was very polite and helpful. It was a busy Friday before a holiday and my service reflected that. My issue was not successfully resolved and this was my second attempt with the dealership to resolve the issue. I plan to have my car evaluated elsewhere. I do not feel as if my service needs were met. My issue still persists. I paid to have the car inspected and explained the issue only to be told that a gas cap would resolve it and it did not. More
