My first time there and I was not impressed. I was talked to like I was child. They had my car for a total of 12 days spread across 2 trips cause they failed to test their own work. I was 100% easy going and not pushy the first 9 days, so there was zero reason for me to have to return my car another 3 days for their failures to retest. Customer Service i got for having my car so long when I have a top line extended Chrysler warrenty was shameful. More

I have owned six Wranglers in my lifetime. As result, I have made a few trips to various dealerships for scheduled and unscheduled service. I can comfortably say without a doubt my (first) visit to Advantage CDJR was amoung the best ever! Kenneth L. greeted me as soon as I entered the service area. After we discussed the service I needed he repeated what we discussed, escorted me to the waiting area and provided a very reasonable wait time. During the Technician's inspection of the Wrangler, an issue with a transmission was discovered. Kenneth came into the waiting area and provided an excellent description of the issue. He also informed me the Wrangler was OK to drive. He also assured me a repair part would be ordered and a subsiquent appointment would be needed in a few weeks. He also made me aware this issue would be taken care of under warranty. Within 10 minutes (under) of his predicted wait time, he came in and told me my service was complete. He escorted me to the business office, then out to my freshly washed Wrangler. Wow. Now that's what I call a professional service visit. More

While I was upset. Luis was extremely confrontational. I was angry because my warranty had just expired 17 days prior to this and my Jeep only had 21000 miles on it. I only found out after I paid for the repair that there was a goodwill extension the service department could have asked for. Luis acted like it was my responsibility. Sean advised me that I could pay for the repair contact Jeep and they could potentially reimburse me. I contacted Jeep and they stated they cannot do that and the dealership has to request a goodwill extension. This is the second Jeep I have purchased there and it will be my last. Although my experience with sales was exceptional the service department is complacent and lacks any sense of going above and beyond. More
