Customer service is fine, I have no complaints about the people there who I dealt with. But they made a major mistake on the service. The tech never screwed the drain plug correctly back in and my truck pou people there who I dealt with. But they made a major mistake on the service. The tech never screwed the drain plug correctly back in and my truck poured oil out the whole way home and in my driveway. When I checked the plug it was barely held on by one thread. I don’t know how I didn’t lose it on my way home. My whole undercarriage is covered in oil. It was low on oil by the time I got home it leaked out so much. I called the service manager and discussed this with him. More
