Had a weird problem. First technician couldn’t find the problem because it wasn’t throwing a code. An older technician listened to the symptoms and figured it out. I waited for the recall over a year, then scheduled an appointment and my truck sat there for 5 days with them doing nothing. They admitted they dropped the ball. I talked to the service manager and own appointment and my truck sat there for 5 days with them doing nothing. They admitted they dropped the ball. I talked to the service manager and owner as well. I even gave them a second chance and still got the run around. I plan on staying away and recommend everyone else doing the same. More

I was traveling from out-of-state and had car trouble. If you’ve been in that situation, you know it’s a crap-shoot finding reliable service. I have bought 8 vehicles from Advantage. I called today for help looking for a Wrangler for my son and was told what we were looking for was impossible with no offer to help or suggestions. more than list I tried to buy a fuel tank for a 06 pacifica and they tried to tell me it was 1445.00 when list is 1365.00.
