Brought my car in for an inspection, oil change & tire rotation. Tess was my service advisor - she was great! Turns out I didn't need a tire rotation (had one a few months ago, but I forgot). During the inspection, they found I had a nail in my tire - so they asked me if I wanted to replace it. Work was done quickly - wait time was about 2 hours. The only thing is that I had a 7:30am appointment. I arrived at the service center at 7:15am, but there were already 10 cars ahead of me. I didn't get up to a service advisor until about 8:05am - so it was a bit of a wait for them to even take my car. Once they did, the service itself took about 2 hours. More
