It should not take almost FIVE MONTHS to order parts, especially for a safety recall. Not only have they not delivered on THREE (3) times promising they will get the parts, in the meantime one of their s especially for a safety recall. Not only have they not delivered on THREE (3) times promising they will get the parts, in the meantime one of their salesman calls me non-stop trying to sell me things. I recently had a family member die and another in the hospital and I take care of my small children, ie I am a busy person. I made the foolish decision to trust these people, but after the RUDE call today at my work from the same salesman who not only tried to sell me yet again but dismissed my complaints and concerns regarding the SAFETY RECALL. I will be taking my business elsewhere but I will also be sure to post this EVERYWHERE so people are warned! More
