Not his fault, and I know his interactions with me are within his limits of what he can do as a service advisor, but I was VERY unhappy with the 2 tire replacements, price and also the policy of not accep within his limits of what he can do as a service advisor, but I was VERY unhappy with the 2 tire replacements, price and also the policy of not accepting any responsibility for the damage to both within 1-2 weeks of the other. He's also a nice man and I believe means well, and I appreciate what he was able to do for me on the last service but he needs to write things down and be better about communicating thru calls or texts. I had a loaner so it wasn't a huge inconvenience but he only did the first of 3 things initially so he needed to keep the car for an additional day. More
