My experience at Advantage Hyundai in Hicksville was extremely disappointing. The customer service I received fell far below expectations. During a phone conversation, Christina apparently believed I was on hold and made inappropriate comments that I was able to hear in full. Listening to those comments firsthand was shocking and incredibly unprofessional, and it left her with major egg on her face once she realized I had heard everything. I then attempted to seek assistance from George, but my concerns were not addressed, and I felt that no meaningful effort was made to resolve the issues. To make matters worse, Anthony, the General Manager, attempted to smooth things over by providing information that I later found to be false rather than addressing my concerns honestly and transparently. Instead of taking accountability, I felt as though I was being told whatever was necessary to end the conversation. Purchasing a vehicle should be a respectful and straightforward experience. My dashboard is still showing that the car needs service and my monthly check up also shows my car needs service. This continues to be an issue. I also reported that the front passenger seat belt wasn’t locking correctly. I was told the mechanic tested it several times and found no issue. If that’s true, then why didn’t it work for me? The red pieces in the latch kept getting stuck. Then my adult son tested it as well and he had the same problem. More

Not the best experience. Couldn’t get work. To return a phone call to get an update on my car so I had to leave work early to go to the dealer and find out what was going on. Couldn’t get work. She straight out lied to my face telling me she had called and left a message but in fact did not. It took 7 days to fix my car and she could care less about the customers. If Indid my job the way she does I Would be fired. Advantage Hyundai needs to do better when hiring staff. More
