Did not complete the recall we've been waiting months to get. Tessa had made a mistake inputting the recall we needed done. If I could give this service center operation less than 1 star I would. I called several months ago for the ignition anti-theft device that based on the letter Corporate sent for the Elantra. A couple of weeks ago I called again and they said they had the part, and an appointment was made for Oct. 14th @ 1:30. I arrive for my appointment and when finally an associate comes out she takes me to the counter and looks up the appointment and flatly says "sorry we don't have the part we will call you when it comes in". REALLY? I wasted an afternoon for this appointment and they don't have their act together. Almost a week later and they still haven't called, and frankly I don't expect them to. More
