I brought my car in for an oil change and routine maintenance. I expected to be out of there in 2 hours. Three and a half hours later I was told the car was done. I asked what took soo long. They maintenance. I expected to be out of there in 2 hours. Three and a half hours later I was told the car was done. I asked what took soo long. They explained to me that there were 2 recalls being worked on. I was never told....Had they told me when I dropped the car off, I would have taken the shuttle home instead of waiting like an idiot.
