My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM, and I arrived 10 minutes early. Unfortunately, I was not seen until approximately 10:00 AM, which caused me to be late for work. In addition to the delay, I was very uncomfortable with a comment made by Michael during my visit. He mentioned that I needed windshield wipers, and I informed him that I was aware and that my husband would take care of it when he had a chance. I also mentioned in passing that my husband is a mechanic. When discussing a separate tire issue, I explained that I would bring it to a shop near my home since my husband dislikes changing tires. Michael then made a comment saying, “Apparently he doesn’t like changing windshield wiper blades either.” I found this remark inappropriate and unnecessary. My husband and I work separate schedules and have two young children, one of whom has special needs. I did not appreciate the tone or implication of that comment. I am generally very easygoing, but I felt this crossed a professional boundary. I hope this feedback can be used to improve customer service moving forward. More
