It took NINE days for the service department to look at my car. I was NOT kept informed and had a very difficult time getting a hold of the service advisor. The two times that I finally spoke to him in the my car. I was NOT kept informed and had a very difficult time getting a hold of the service advisor. The two times that I finally spoke to him in the week and a half that my car was there, he said he had no idea when they’d look at my car. After a week, I asked to speak to the manager. Neither he, nor anyone else called me back. Terrible service! Terrible communication! More
