Every other visit is a problem. Service Advisor Patrick is the only reason I go there. This time I needed a battery replacement for my Genesis g80 Sport. When I picked up the car I Service Advisor Patrick is the only reason I go there. This time I needed a battery replacement for my Genesis g80 Sport. When I picked up the car I checked and the battery vent hose was not hooked up to the battery. Checked with Genesis ino and not hooking up the vent hose is a safety hazard as the battery is in the trunk. Patrick connected the vent hose - NOT the mechanic! I have had a slew of problems over the years with the mechanics not doing the job right ( I won't go into all the details ) but Patrick always resolved these problems. He is the only reason I keep dealing with them! More

I was told to bring the car in because engine light was on. When I went to pick up my leased car, I was charged $151.54 for labor.
