5 Mike was great with advising me about my car and providing explanations. However, I felt like the communication on the status of my car would have been better given that my car was there for quite s providing explanations. However, they are very courteous. Overall, the experience was very good and this is the reason why I choose advantage hyundai and drive out from Brooklyn. More

Prices always higher than others. Advisor did not advise tech of problem correctly. Tech did not drive car to experience problem. They were polite and respectful but were slow to let me know the car was going to be kept overnight. They also can't resolve my greatest concern the transmission. Checked in and was told by the person checking me in that I was 45 min late. However, I got there at my appointment time of 7:15 am waited for 10 min with the line not moving, so I decided to run and get gas I was 45 min late. However, I got there at my appointment time of 7:15 am waited for 10 min with the line not moving, so I decided to run and get gas. Then came back by 7:45, which is 30 min later. Apparently its ok to wait in line way past my scheduled appointment time, but not okay for me to "be late." I was then told it would take 3 hours for the recall to be completed. Okay, no problem. Another customer had the same recall and was told it would be 1.5 hours by a different customer service rep. Not sure why the difference. One lovely customer service rep came and got all his customers when their cars were done. I was expecting mine to do the same; however, she just came out and said to me "Your car is done. I've been calling you." Apparently walking the 20 feet to the waiting area is too much for her. It is nice that the waiting area has coffee and snacks. More
