From my arrival at the service dept it started poorly. Patrick, the service manager did not greet me but made sure to tell me that the 52,000 mile check I signed up for has not been available for 10 years Patrick, the service manager did not greet me but made sure to tell me that the 52,000 mile check I signed up for has not been available for 10 years. I informed him that it was not my fault that the service website is wrong. I informed him that I also left notes about error messages and that I had a warranty(HPP). He incorrectly told me there would be a charge for diagnostic work (he was premature and wrong in saying that). They kept my car all day Friday, through the weekend and not work was performed until Monday. What did I drop it on Friday? I asked for a transmission tuneup, a change of fluid and a filter change. They could not do it because the technician could not remove the hex drain plug! No one ever thought to change the transmission pan? Not being able to remove the drain plug is a defect that should be covered under HPP. Am I wrong? I called twice to speak to the supervisor of Service, Joe. I never got a call or email back. This is the worst service experience I have ever had and I will not be bringing my car to a place I cannot trust and that treats their customers like morons. More

They’re very polite and the service department when I showed up help me right away to do the night drop and Erin was very understandable.
