Deceptive sales representative & business manager. Yes to death but lies to get you out the door. No call backs. Claimed we misunderstood $2000 charge deposit( ( took my $2000 deposit to hold) but NE Yes to death but lies to get you out the door. No call backs. Missing brackets for license plate, Not just the bracket is missing the fragrance cartridge, NEC key card which all includes on window sticker. More

The people are nice, but the service is terrible, they could not even perform an alignment on my car, and I was there for over 3 hours. The diagnostic machine when I drove in even stated I needed an align could not even perform an alignment on my car, and I was there for over 3 hours. The diagnostic machine when I drove in even stated I needed an alignment, and this was after I had come back a few days after they had said the alignment was done that I payed a lot of money for. So I’m at a loss and don’t know what to do, and also not to mention the last time I had an oil change done a year ago they did not put the oil cap back on my engine so oil went everywhere while I was driving which is absolutely ridiculous. I have given this service center so many chances, at what point do I stop coming and go somewhere else. Nothing is ever done right. More
