Never again! Never buy a car here. The only dealership on the island that doesn't have 3 day exchange shopper assurance. The twit Brianna sold me an elantra gt as Never buy a car here. Had no idea it was a compact and when I got home to load everyone in to pick up the car I drove there we barely fit. So I drove back to exchange it for a tucsan and they wouldn't. Said I would have to wait for paperwork and trade it in. I needed a car and had to buy another one since we didn't fit. Now I have two cars because I couldn't exchange it. Windows also had water spots that don't come out. Remote start has an additional key fob unlike I was told. If they put in the one with 3x lock they said I wouldn't be able to get in my car without using the laser cut key. Remote locks wouldn't work while it's running. The staff are all shams. This place will sucker you out of every dime and say anything you want to hear to get you into a car you can't get out of. Go anywhere else that has shopper assurance so you don't make my mistake. More

False replacements needed Came today June 13, 2019 for a oil change for my 2017 Santa Fe. While sitting in the waiting area I was approached by my service consultant to fill m Came today June 13, 2019 for a oil change for my 2017 Santa Fe. While sitting in the waiting area I was approached by my service consultant to fill me in on what the service tech felt I needed. Let me just say I would not have been there at all if it weren't for their screw up the last time I was there for a recall. To make it up to me the service consultant gave me an additional free oil change. The consultant told me I needed a new engine air filter and cabin air filter, (BOTH OF WHICH I HAD CHANGED PRIOR TO MY APPT THAT MORNING). I got the Service Mgr. involved with the situation. After he checked out the problem he told me he was sorry. Not as sorry as me. A despicable and underhanded way for Advantage to run a business. More
Attempt to Bilk Customer Came in for a NYS Inspection, free oil change and to have a tire examined for a slow leak. Tessa Tarantino, my service advisor reported that the wall Came in for a NYS Inspection, free oil change and to have a tire examined for a slow leak. Tessa Tarantino, my service advisor reported that the wall of my tire was punctured and that the tire must be replaced in order to get my NYS Inspection. This was to run me nearly $300 and change. I declined the service and went instead to a local service station. I observed the examination of the tire. The puncture was nowhere near the tire wall and was easily repaired. The total cost was $47. I purchased my car there because I believed the service department to be reputable. But for warranty work , I will no longer use this service department More

Satisfied with Sonata! Came in looking for an Elantra because of the low prices we saw on the website. Most dealerships try and hike up the price from the deals they offer o Came in looking for an Elantra because of the low prices we saw on the website. Most dealerships try and hike up the price from the deals they offer online or on radio but they definitely had cars available for the low prices. Ended up leaving with a Sonata because of all of the additional features the basic model had available. Took the car home the same night, and Ricky even helped jumpstart the car (another brand) we drove there because the battery was dead! Had a great experience here. More

Adrian Powell was amazing! Just leased my car from Adrian at Hyundai Advantage in Hicksville. He was very helpful, found the color that I needed with the price I wanted. He did Just leased my car from Adrian at Hyundai Advantage in Hicksville. He was very helpful, found the color that I needed with the price I wanted. He did pricing for financing, leasing and buying out my old lease. He worked with the finance department to get my price down to the range I wanted. While in the car he showed me how to work all the new features and connected my phone to the car system. Honest. No hassle. No games. He looked out for my interest as the customer. Friendly, personable with sense of knowledge and understanding. Highly recommend Adrian and will come back to see him next time. More
