Came in for service at the end of June, asked to have my head unit looked at as the glass was separating from the unit. They did all the other service I requested (oil change and inspection) but “forgot” to head unit looked at as the glass was separating from the unit. They did all the other service I requested (oil change and inspection) but “forgot” to look at the head unit. They then scheduled ANOTHER appointment to look at the head. After that appointment it was deemed a warranty repair and they would have to order the part. Fast forward to today, I was never contacted once to say the part arrived. I call today and after a little “confusion” on their end they inform me after a part comes in it gets shipped back after 30 days. So basically my part came in, it sat there, and no one thought to let the customer know. Now it has to be Re-ordered. Let’s see if they screw it up a second time More

I think he doesn’t like different race of people , specially people of color . I went to manager ( Mr.Nesnick) let him know about details what happened . Overall outcome is not satisfactory . If there were negative stars I would go as low as possible. Every nightmare negative review happened to me in one in one visit. They are dishonest disrespectful and insulting. They would not honor the deal made by the salesman and made insulting comments like well we have the car so why would we make a deal or if you want the car just pay the price. They try to get you into a long term finance to get monthly # down but you pay way more in finance fees. If you pull the deal they sit you in the waiting area until you get fed up and try to see a manager. I sat there for a good hour my salesman never even acknowledged me,as he had to write up the refund on my down payment. I stood in the managers area around 20 minutes being ignored when it was obvious we were at an impasse and then rudely asked to step out as they inferred I was ease dropping on other`s personal information. I stood outside rot around another 15 minutes and when then told to wait in the waiting area where I sat almost an hour and had to get a manager to sign off on the form, They also said why would they sell me the car when they can get more from someone else. This was the absolute worst car buying experience of my life. I won`t mention their names but under no circumstances do business with them. More
I purposely had them install the auto start system into my Hyundai Sonata in case anything specifically had to be addressed through Hyundai at their recommendation. A perfectly working auto start system that doesn't work with their recall. So basically I wasted my money ...hopefully nobody else gets scammed into this by the dealer. More
