Just came into check on the Hyundai Elantra N. Wasn’t too impressed with the attitude of the product specialist, Robert Sandach. I informed him I’m here for the N. On the way out, I asked him if there’s a ADM on this car. He answered in a very snippy way that he would check on it if I’ll let him. I told him forget it and walked out. This is not my first car purchase. And I’m not some college kid just checking out a car. I was actually with my wife and kid. Anyways. Just skip this dealership. If the sales team is any indication, I would not have any confidence bring the car for any service or let alone purchasing. More

Especially from the salesman Adrian Powell who has refused to e-mail or call my back to rectify this situation. My mother purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from this dealership in June 2022. I'd also like to note that the dealership never shared a carfax with her when making the purchase which is a RED FLAG. 3-4 weeks later after purchasing the car my mother notice some rusting on the car. She brought the car back and the dealership simply painted over it. Fast forward another 4 weeks later, my mother started to see the rust and expand on different areas of the car. A week after this she took it back to the dealership so show the extensive rust under the car (see photos). Nothing was done to repair it nor was the vehicle examined. My mother then went to a 3rd party mechanic to get an oil change and the mechanic pointed out further rusting on the wheel of the car. Ever since she's been trying to contact the dealership for months to have them trade her out of this car into a new one. It is painstakingly obvious that the dealership knew the car was rusting and just did a paint job to cover it. On December 17th my mother decided to come to the dealership in person where she was belittled and the dealership refused to provide any copies of the documents that she requested that she signed. I'm now back home and have tried to contact the dealership over 10 times. Ever since they know my last name is associated with my mother they refuse to have anyone answer. I've asked to speak to the GM who refuses to take my calls. They also said someone would send the documents that my mother signed today and we still have received nothing, Adrian Powell told me to email him the photos and said he would call me back. I didn't even have a moment to respond when he abruptly hung up me. 3 days later and still no phone call or email from Adrian acknowledging the photos he received. It's sad and pathetic that this dealership thinks it can take advantage of an immigrant older mother. PLEASE DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A CAR HERE. More
I would never bring my car back to this place ever. Patrick Lerouzic is one of the worst person I ever dealt with. He is a condescending snot who did nothing buy lie to me. Then they told me a pebble broke my radiator ant that it is not covered for the damage. After a month corporate did the right thing and took care of the damage. They were supposed to hand wash my car because it has a mat finish. He told me they took care of it only had the car a month. When I picked it up there was a voucher for a car wash that is only valid for three days. He told me the car wash was down. I go they won't do it at car wash because of Mat finish. I call Patrick back no response. Then they forgot to reset my car for the service. I call him back no return call. I call corporate to explain then he calls back. He says bring car back they will reset I ask about car wash and he just gets nasty. Then he says deal with my manager Michael Kiely and hangs up. What a snot. Only time he ever returns calls is after I get corporate involved. I was without my car for over a month and this is how he treats people. Avoid this place or Patrick at all time. More

I bought my car for service for just an oil change. I made an appointment for 9:00 am and I was there at 8:50am. They took my car in. Now I have a habit of jotting my info for my car, when I dropped I made an appointment for 9:00 am and I was there at 8:50am. They took my car in. Now I have a habit of jotting my info for my car, when I dropped off my mileage was 15505 and the gas showed 268. They had me waiting for four (4) hours and other customers came and went. When I finally asked about my car they told me that my car was parked out in the front. All this time they drove cars out of the service department themselves to give to the customers. Anyway, when I went into my car, the mileage read 15514 and the gas 254. I immediately knew that my car had been driven around!! A oil change does not take 4 hours!!! My mileage as well as my gas read that indeed my car was used!!! I am very disappointed and unhappy with the service that Advantage Hyundai has provided. My service advisor was Erin Pugliese. I will be calling and complaining as well but I wanted to post my review first (and see if they call me from the service department regarding this matter)!! I love my car but I am not a happy customer of the service department. And I can see from the reviews that there are many unhappy customers as well. You would think that they would do something to improve themselves so as to not get bad reviews!! Amazing!! More
