We purchased a new car in early July. Everything seemed great. When we paid them they suddenly "realized" that one of the keys to the car was lost. As we were already paying and finalizing, I had them put in writing that they owe us a key. They said to call later in the week and that if they couldn't find the key they would replace it. Well, I have called over 7 times and it is almost a month later and I still do not have a second key. The salesman even said they will now order it and go through warranty. I explained that a warranty is not for when the dealership loses something and never gives it to the customer. The saddest part is that we need a second new car and would have purchased it from here. They are a business of deception and I will not purchase anything from this place again. More
