I had a very disappointing experience at this Hyundai dealership and will not be returning. I arrived for a scheduled oil change and waited over 30 minutes just to be checked in. During booking, I was never informed that I would be charged for an oil change on my 2026 vehicle. In the past, I’ve never paid for oil changes with my previous vehicles at this dealership, so this was already frustrating due to the lack of transparency. When I checked in, I was assisted by Erin Puglisi, who asked whether I would be waiting or taking a loaner. I explained that I would be waiting but stepping out briefly with my husband and would return shortly. After stepping out for about an hour, I came back and waited an additional 2.5 hours — totaling 4.5 hours for a simple oil change. This is completely unacceptable. I have never experienced such an excessive wait time for basic service. When I approached Erin to express my frustration, I was told that because I had stepped out, my vehicle was not treated as a priority. Meanwhile, customers who arrived after me were serviced and finished before me. This was extremely frustrating and unfair. To make matters worse, I had my 4-year-old son with me, which made the long wait even more difficult. Despite clearly expressing my concerns, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Overall, this was the worst service experience I’ve had at a dealership. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and zero customer care. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to others. More
None of the required parts for this service were in stock, and I didn't need anything rare, just one tire and 2 tpms sensors. 6 hours and 30 minutes of waiting only got me one replacement tire and whe stock, and I didn't need anything rare, just one tire and 2 tpms sensors. 6 hours and 30 minutes of waiting only got me one replacement tire and wheel alignment. Service advisor didn't mention a wheel alignment service special from the website. Barely any updates throughout the 6.5 hours of waiting. Drop off service only works if you live next door, hence the waiting. And I have to come back for the sensors if they ever arrive to the dealership. More

Went in for a few maintenance items for my 2017 Genesis G80. Got an appointment very quickly. Work appears to have been done well. Only problem is it appears that someone left a tool under the hood of th G80. Got an appointment very quickly. Work appears to have been done well. Only problem is it appears that someone left a tool under the hood of the car and closed it. I immediately noticed a dent from the inside out on the hood. Went back inside. Was told my advisor had left for the day and there was no manager to talk to. They said they would call me the next day. No one ever called. Mistakes happen and I’m shocked whoever did this just pretended nothing happened There was a fresh greasy fingerprint smudge on the protrusion too. I’m pretty sure this can be easily fixed with a paint-less dent repair. Would be nice if Advantage would reach out, take a look at their camera footage, and own up to their mistake. Instead, they tell me there’s no manager to talk to, they will call me, and don’t. Oh, and why are some Genesis years forced to the Hyundai service center? Another ridiculous thing. Dealer technician was mislead by inaccurate info on computer. Had to be resolved with sales manager. Upon further revue the situation was corrected. Every service something is forgotten. My next service setting was never updated and I came for service for NO reason, because my car said it was due. I was told it would be reset before I left and it was not. No follow through. Genesis is supposed to compete with luxury brands, instead you offer Hyundai service to Genesis customers. A nice showroom is not enough. Major fail EVERY TIME. More
