My salesman was new and apparently didn’t correctly know details about the car (i.e. insisted it had a charging pad when it didn’t) or the dealership’s services. He also told me we would be done in 30 minut details about the car (i.e. insisted it had a charging pad when it didn’t) or the dealership’s services. He also told me we would be done in 30 minutes and the process took over 2 hours. The finance rep never informed me if additional fees despite asking for the total since I would be bringing a cashier’s check. Also, a delivery of pizza came during my time there where I witnessed the people from the dealership proceeded to audibly fight over how many pizzas each department should get. It seems to me that was something that should have happened in a break room away from customers. More

Like I said on my last survey I was disappointed with my last visit , went in to have my passengers side running lite replaced & I was under the assumption it was covered by the warranty but it wasn’t but t last visit , went in to have my passengers side running lite replaced & I was under the assumption it was covered by the warranty but it wasn’t but the problem is the part was $29 & labor was $99 for something that probably took 5 mins to replace, the total was $143, I bring my car in for service every few months & I’ve always been satisfied with the service More
