We needed another car in the family and visited the Hicksville Hyundai dealership due to it's close location to where we live. We were helped by Jim Sweeney. We took Jim's card and left to visit some other dealerships. We ended up coming back to the Hicksville dealership to purchase the Hyundai Sonata that same night. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and efficient. We were able to drive away with our new car that same night. More

I first came in because I found a deal for a preowned Sonata online, which led me to meet Dennis Mankowski, a preowned car salesman. He let me test drive the Sonata and made me feel very comfortable throughout my experience, since it was my first time ever buying a car. Dennis showed me every aspect of the car, and was very patient throughout the four days I kept coming back with my boyfriend and his father. Not once, did I feel rushed; he also gave me his personal phone number just in case I had any questions. Dennis is not only a good car salesman, but he is a great person-he was honest, patient, kind and informative. In the end, Dennis and Mike (preowned car manager) helped me find a better car than I was originally looking for, with my price range. By accident, I had dropped my small, expensive hearing aid between the seats while driving one day. Even though I could see it to retrieve it, I wasn't able to. When I got home, my husband and I got out aid between the seats while driving one day. Even though I could see it to retrieve it, I wasn't able to. When I got home, my husband and I got out flashlights to look for it. We were unsuccessful. My husband brought the car in to Barry and explained the situation. Barry took it right away to the service center and that evening we got a phone call saying they had found it. It had fallen into an inconspicuous place and we wouldn't have been able to retrieve it ourselves. We look like to thank Barry so much for his attentiveness in this situation and to everyone in the service center who had helped this become a positive outcome. He had no issues with allowing me to test drive both the 2.0 and the 3.8 and even offered some of his own personal opinions a anything I didn't want. The Azera comes with two year complementory oil changes. Services is done quickly, but next time I will probably skip the free car wash, as that took an extra 40 minutes.
