Management I was extremely disappointed with Management. I had agreed on a price via the phone. Told sales I would be there within the hour. I got there when I I was extremely disappointed with Management. I had agreed on a price via the phone. Told sales I would be there within the hour. I got there when I said, the lease price discussed on the phone was not the pricing when I got there. Although it was a small amount I feel in this situation the customer should have been in the right. Mgmt would not bend due to profits. $4 dollars a month 10K miles to 12K miles I wound up giving in. Was it a lot 'No' It's the principle. Sales had my requirements written down from a prior visit, when push came to shove he could not find the paper work. At Atlantic Hyundai I had a cheaper lease price, same vehicle 12K more options at a cheaper price. Unfortunately the color was the issue. More
