And the wait goes on Went in to trade in one lease for new lease. Ricky forgot to ask me for me second car key. Needed to drop it off at a later time. When I leased my car they automaticly renewed my plated for two years without asking me at a cost of $190. When I got home the next day I got renewal letter in mail. Cost was only $130. I could have done it myself online while waiting all those hours and hours for the car to be ready. That is my momney and you had no right to charge me for doing that service. Second why was I not told upfront how long it would take to get the car. I got there at 1:30, ins cards came in at 2:45, and i didnt leave with car till 6 pm. Hello just tell me to come puck up the car the next day. I would never have agreed to sit in a borring showroom and wait for the car to be inspected(was not informed this was the process) and why after all is said and done as the car is turned over to be do i have to wait for it to be filled up with gas. Very inconsiderate and your motor planning and how you treat your coustumers time. Second lets talk about your lack of costumer privacy. Why do my parents get calls on my account and why do i cant calls on my parents accounts. Will never recommend or lease for your showroom again More
