When my husband and I came into Advsntage Hyundai we were looking at the Santa Fa Sport. We met Wayne who was very helpful in answering our questions. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome. When we explained to Kevin that we wanted to buy a Santa Fe Sport in white with saddle interior. Unfortunately there weren't many available welcome. When we explained to Kevin that we wanted to buy a Santa Fe Sport in white with saddle interior. Unfortunately there weren't many available but he came through. I would not settle for another color because I had my heart set on white. He kept us up to date on a daily basis and in a couple of days he found our car. He worked out a good price with us informing us of the many incentives we qualified for. We never felt pressured to settle for another color because the white was hard to find. Once the car came in he called us right away to pick it up. He stayed late that Friday night so we could pick the car up without having to wait another day. He made himself available by giving us his cell phone number also. When we picked up our car late that Friday night he even took the time to sit in the car and show us how to use the many components in the car. The following day I returned to the parts department to buy some accessories for the car and left there very satisfied with the service I received there as well. This is our third Hyundai purchase. Two of our children own a Hyundai as well (bought privately not through a dealership). We were so impressed with Advantage Hyundai that we will return to that dealership for service for their cars also. We will definitely return to this dealership for a future purchase. More

Sales people are generally good looking, charming, & smooth talkers. It's rare to find a salesperson who is actually knowledgeable about the product itself. My daughter Kim, who knows more about mot smooth talkers. It's rare to find a salesperson who is actually knowledgeable about the product itself. My daughter Kim, who knows more about motor vehicles than a lot of mechanics, was so impressed with Casey Engel's knowledge of your vehicles, that there were no doubts in our minds that this was what we wanted. We even upgraded to the next model up(Which I swore I would not do, but am so happy that I did). I have a co-worker (friend) who is leasing a Honda and is seriously considering purchasing a Hyundai. She really loves my Tucson. I told her about Casey and told her to ask for her (no-one else). (she will probably go with the Santa Fe (she's taller than me). I have received a lot of compliments on my Tucson and hope to send more business your way. Thanks again Casey. More
Attempted to purchase 2012 Hyundai equus as a cash sale, had email contact with Eddie and after third email I had questions- these went unanswered and I finally called and Eddie answered questions and I tol had email contact with Eddie and after third email I had questions- these went unanswered and I finally called and Eddie answered questions and I told him I was ready to purchase so he told me he would have the pre-owned sales manager call me, which he did not. I called him 5 hrs. Later and surprise car was sold. But then he said I would have to finance? What! He said car was sold. I asked him what his fees were and guess what they were higher than Eddie quoted. Hyundai Advantage dealer it is a joke. I called and asked for general manager but it was not put through. What is really funny is I have an email message from him telling how they were dedicated to service . Can we say used car salesman! I will be contacting Hyundai to let them know. More
