My salesperson, Fredy Aguilar, was far superior to the salespeople at the other dealerships. Fredy was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had and was completely professional from start to finish. He sold me on the car. Awsome salesman! I was able to trade in my 2011 Hyundai Sonata for a new 2015 Sonata. My sales person Adrian made that experience happen. I came in for an oil change I was able to trade in my 2011 Hyundai Sonata for a new 2015 Sonata. My sales person Adrian made that experience happen. I came in for an oil change for my 2011 Sonata and while I was waiting saw Adrian and spoke with him about trying to get a lower payment on the car that I currently had. Within one day i was in my new 2015 Sonata with a lower payment. Tommey from the finance dept was great and always pleasant too! I would refer anyone to Advantage Hyundai in Hicksville anytime! More

The service was accomplished in less time than they had told me. I have never used anyone else for service on my Sonata. Their prices are reasonable, service is excellent, and the waiting room couldn't be better. Free Wi-Fi, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, free massage (certain days of the week), freshly baked cookies. It makes the wait almost pleasant. More

Stay Away From This Service Center I brought my car in for a recall service that should take about 2 hours to perform. That was on Tuesday at 7:30 am, it is now Friday 5:30 pm and I sti I brought my car in for a recall service that should take about 2 hours to perform. That was on Tuesday at 7:30 am, it is now Friday 5:30 pm and I still do not have my car yet. So far I have amassed a small fortune in rental car fees ($130 a day) because this dealership does not have loaner cars. I was unhappy with the fact that this morning I had to wait nearly a half hour to drop off m Unfortunately your team will not be getting a 10 from me. I was unhappy with the fact that this morning I had to wait nearly a half hour to drop off my car. I'm glad I had a an appointment for 10 and didn't leave till nearly 1020 after arriving at 950. That is totally unacceptable. Then you told me it won't be ready at the end of the day. No one called me on my car till I called the shop at 441. Which to me is end of the day. You claimed you called me twice but that did not happen. If i didnt answer one number why wouldnt you call the house? When I made the appointment they told me it would take an hour to an hour and half to finish. Imagine if I stayed there. I would have been there 7 hours waiting for the car to get fixed that had a recall on it. I asked for the car to have a car wash it is still dirty. The inside may of been vaccuumed but the outside still has dirt. That was a terrible job. There are streaks all over it. I think the car looks worse than it did before. I hope that I receive a survey because your team doesn't deserve the scores that they get. I also feel it's very unprofessional that I got a call last night asking if I wanted to sell my car they would give me an offer. I told the guy no. Then today I get an email saying the same thing from the same person. Never mind the countless mailing I get about selling the car. Why would I sell the car so I can have another loan for a newer car for 5 more years? Also it's unprofessional that I get emails and it's all over the receipts that everyone wants a 10 it's important to you. Maybe you should treat the customer better. I understand that its hyundai but we should still be treated like a Cadillac or Mercedes if you truly want that score. I worked for a company that had surveys it's important to the employees because they get paid out on them. I'm confident that's what happens there. Oh I forgot to mention as I was waiting so long this morning to been checked in i went inside there were a bunch of service people sitting at your computer not checking anyone in. One of the girls there said yeah I know we're working on it and go back to your car and wait. That is not how you talk to people. If you had my experience what would you honestly rate it? More
