Do not recommend. I am completely disgusted with the service I received on Saturday. I went in for a COMPLIMENTARY maintenance and oil change. At check in I was told b I am completely disgusted with the service I received on Saturday. I went in for a COMPLIMENTARY maintenance and oil change. At check in I was told by my sales clerk Josephine that I am due for a series of maintenance upgrades which came out to over $600. I didn’t deny any service and said sure let me do all the upgrades necessary. I was also told that the car would be ready by 3 pm. I received a call at 4 pm telling me that the car is ready and that I have to be there by 4:30. I received another call at 4:15 asking where I am… probably because they close soon and didn’t want to be bothered. I get to the store 5 minutes later and asked to use a $25 coupon on a over $600 bill and was told I couldn’t because I didn’t show it at the time of check in. I asked to speak to a manager and there is no one available to talk to. The two women at check out were rude and condescending. Clearly just wanted to go home. They FaceTimed a “manager” for over 15 minutes - mind you I am 7 months pregnant, visibility pregnant. I’m there being told to wait standing around for $25.00 off. Absolutely embarrassing. On Tuesday I receive a call from a Beverly Swaby from customer service , another condescending worker that pretty much told me I am wrong and should follow directions next time. She also asked me not to leave a bad review and to wait for the next time to see if the service improves. I don’t understand. I will not be returning to this store ever and do not recommend at all!! More
