She was a great advocate for the major service issue that my car was in for. She effectively, and in a timely manner, coordinated with the insurance adjuster involved. She, and Mike Kiely, kept me apprised of the situation every step of the way. They researched warranty and recall issues and all work was done exceptionally well. I was told I needed a lot to be fixed and the prices for them were outlandish. And then just to look at my trunk was going to be $200. That made me extremely mad just to look? Are you serious?
