There was shattered glass all over my car from getting my windshield replaced. Mind you I just bought the car a month ago when with a cracked windshield because I needed to get to work and they told me I cou windshield replaced. No one told service it was previously cracked I had to talk to a bunch of people to get them to approve it. Also it’s already needed to be serviced two times and they tried to tell me it was going to be $900 for a new alternator when I haven’t even had the car for a month. It seems that no one was eager to help me or even listen to what I had to say, except for the man who sold me the car and the finance man. I am very upset with how I’ve been treated here and I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. More
Dealership people are very nice however: Prices are absolutely crazy high. I can go to many other repair stations for 40% less. Then Dealership charges more to use a credit card. This is not a $15 sandwich shop. Almost all repairs will be in the hundreds. I had a problem with my radio. I was told if they looked at the radio and it was working properly it would cost me $199. I only wanted them to check some settings. I left without them looking at my Apple radio because I was not paying $199 More

Well, they serviced my car and thought they found the fix to my electrical issues. Turns out they did not because I got stranded. And when I took it back and they told me the real issue was going to be 2500 to my electrical issues. Turns out they did not because I got stranded. And when I took it back and they told me the real issue was going to be 2500 dollars to fix it which I wasn’t willing to do. They still charged me 213 dollars approximately for the service even tho I already paid the first time when they claimed they fixed it. The only good things I have to say about the place are Kieth was an amazing guy and really kind. And the free uber back because I didn’t have a ride home was great customer service. However, I don’t think I should have been charged for the second service fee because they failed to do it properly the first time. More
