The lowlights: unwilling to negotiate, short test drive, not a lot of time with the car, super uncomfortable experience, took more than 6 hours of my The lowlights: unwilling to negotiate, short test drive, not a lot of time with the car, super uncomfortable experience, took more than 6 hours of my time, was hungry but kept hearing "we're almost done" and another hour went by, and then the car had an issue as soon as I brought it home. I was reluctant to let them know about the issue with the car, why? Because of the whole experience the day before. What was the response when I sent a message about the issue? More of the same: dismissive, poor customer service, and unhelpful. I didn’t get my questions answered and the response was so dismissive it took an "unfun" experience and turned into a sour one. My experience: they clearly only cared about the money and not me. Many places might be like this, but perhaps less overt. If I hadn't needed the car, I would have gone elsewhere. And believe me, I looked all around the country for this car. I am glad I have the car but not glad about this experience. When I left that day, what they said was "let us know if there's anything that comes up, anything we can help with - we will do our best. yada yada yada." But when it came down to it, they didn't care. I cannot recommend Advantage Toyota Valley Stream. What a bummer of an experience. Buy with confidence elsewhere. More
