Absolutely need an appointment and the earlier in the day the better. I found that purchasing my car later in the afternoon. My sales person seemed rushed because he knew he wanted to go home. He really did not take the time to go over the car, even though it was very similar to the 2021 but there were some changes. I had to have two different sales people come out and sit in the car with me and help me with the screen and setting up some of the other things. My first experience in 2021 was much more relaxed , and less rushed More

Sat in the dealership from before nine and did not leave till close to 4 . Final cost was 3x's the quote at the beginning of work all of it going to labor and parts were a matter of dollars . If they did the work on a timely manner the labor would not have been so much . I found a recommended place to future work . Everyone was flabbergasted at the cost for this routine work ( more than my paycheck) So they are ripping people off with a smile More
