I was looking for a Tacoma and they had one coming in. I was prepared to buy before i came in. Left my deposit and was told truck old be in on the 27th or 28th. I called on the 29th and the truck was there and they would rush to get it ready for me on the 30th. In a rush to get it done, my salesman dented the bumper on this new truck. He said they would order the part and have it in a few days. When i picked it up, There was now a dent in the rear quarter panel and number was misaligned. My salesman said take it and I will make an appointment to have it fixed next week. After several calls and being told told they were waiting for a loaner, I called the sales manager Shermika. She arranged for the drop off the next day. It took almost a week to fix, but it was done correctly. She saved this from being a 1 star review. More
