Service usually adaquate My last visit was a mandatory drop off/no wait. Just simple PM though. Done fast as usual. NY State Inspection went in for state inspection, ~3 hour wait before service even started and waiting room was closed due to covid. was told after work was performed tha went in for state inspection, ~3 hour wait before service even started and waiting room was closed due to covid. was told after work was performed that the complimentary inspections have been rescinded (I bought my prius here) and got charged the $37, kind of disappointing, wish they would have updated the website/emails about that. otherwise no major issues More
