Not good The service technician was dismissive and uncaring because I had purchased a used Honda not a Toyota.. I did not have the extended warranty nor did he offer it again. I subsequently had a major repair done on the car. Although as promised on purchase unlimited car washes. They did not wash the car. This is not a major issue, just saying, They changed my oil without incident. FYI I subsequently found out through inspection by my mechanic that the car was in a major accident prior to my purchase. This was not apparent on the CARFAX given to me by the salesman and may have contributed to the very low mileage at the time of purchase. More
