What a rip off quoted me a different price and different finance term of 72 months and when I went in to sign the contract tract which was rushed by Nina Deptula the business manager it said 83 months and now that I am trying to get this matter resolved supposedly Nina hasn’t been to work since then and wouldn’t answer back any of my calls. This is deceiving and I was misled in signing this contract she took advantage of the situation as i was in a rush because it was my sons birthday. Yoni Fricker the sales person also doesn’t want to help after he is done selling the car and keeps making excuses that he will get it fixed. I do not trust this dealership and will not recommend my friends and family to ever use them even though we bought so many cars from them but they don’t care about their customers. They are thieves! Regular maintenance I bought my pre-owned Toyota Rav4 at Atlantic Lexus in Farmingdale and would have preferred visiting them for maintenance but tried Advantage Valley S I bought my pre-owned Toyota Rav4 at Atlantic Lexus in Farmingdale and would have preferred visiting them for maintenance but tried Advantage Valley Stream due to it's proximity to my home. I needed some warranty info before visiting and tried calling several times with no call-back. I also tried making my appointment by phone but was connected to a voice mail that was full, tried again and the operator never picked up. This is a definite problem. Communication at this dealership is definitely lacking. Upon visiting I was helped by an advisor, Margie Flore, quickly and efficiently. After inspection I found that I needed front brakes and rotors (a surprise since the car only had 18,000 miles on it) I waited a total of 4 hours. Margie also helped me navigate a problem I have with my gate mechanism and educated me on how to handle this with the manufacturer. I appreciated the time she spent explaining and her help with this. My main negative with this location is by phone and internet communication. More

Yes Service advisor didn’t mentioned to do wheel alignment because we living in New York and it’s not covered by Two year’s Toyota care service and I had to pay from my pocket. They do want good rating but they do not provide service for good rating. Very disappointed. I also noticed they rate by themselves. It’s hard to face truth . I needed a new car in a hurry as my 15 year old Camry finally gave out. It was nighttime yet the staff at Advantage Toyota made a supreme effort and amazingly at 9:30pm ( they all stayed late) I drive ho finally gave out.
