My experience with Advantage Toyota has always been great with 2 exceptions: 1) The limited schedules you have for repairs/servicing is not conducive for those that work since you offer 8am-1pm to make appo with 2 exceptions: 1) The limited schedules you have for repairs/servicing is not conducive for those that work since you offer 8am-1pm to make appointments. Nothing later. The only other option is to possibly do a Saturday. With all the cars you sell, and all the people you have to service, wouldn't it be prudent to extend your hours rather than reduce them? You used to have full weekends! 2) You need to upgrade your IT software because you are currently not able to reconcile your databases. I am contacted by e-mail, text, and phone, and although I respond to one, I am still contacted by the other two with the same question. I respond to the 2nd, and still contacted with the 3rd. This is annoying! on my history, it shows the autos I have had through Advantage Toyota, but it should also show when I returned the lease, so when I make the appointment, I am not asked about my 2016 Toyota, which was returned 2 Toyotas ago! I speak with the representative on the phone asking me to set up an appointment, but I had already done so online, then confirmed by text and e-mail, and still received a call about it. This is crazy. You need to be able to reconcile the information so it is updated in real time. Otherwise, Andy and Celine are the tops! More
