Horrible service, went there for a regular service appointment. Told the representative the tire pressure light was on. He said they would take a look. I was advised that my car needed a wheel alignme appointment. Told the representative the tire pressure light was on. He said they would take a look. I was advised that my car needed a wheel alignment, so I said ok. I was charged for that service. On the invoice they mention my concern for the tire pressure. I assumed they took care of the issue. The next morning I have a flat tire, SMH. Long story short they took a nail out the tire and DID NOT FIX IT OR TELL ME THAT THEY DIDNT FIX OR ADDRESS A RESOLUTION. They let me roll out the dealership with a hole in my tire. The worst service ever More
