While the service was good, the previous visit before this last one stated that i needed to replace the cabin air filter. I never did. I forgot. When this service was done, it was marked that everything this last one stated that i needed to replace the cabin air filter. I never did. I forgot. Came in July 27th, 2022 for state inspection. Inspection failed as front and back brakes and rotors had to be replaced. Mind you I came in May 19th, 2022 expressing concerns with my breaking syst Inspection failed as front and back brakes and rotors had to be replaced. Mind you I came in May 19th, 2022 expressing concerns with my breaking system. Was told then that the brakes and rotors were good and that my vehicle had a recall on a brake pump. The pump was supposedly replaced. Service advisor from my July appointment did not follow through as promised. Had to leave car at dealership as the parts were not available and was told vehicle would be ready July 28th. Advised that I am a flight attendant I would be out of town July 28th-30th and can pick up the vehicle Sunday, July 31st. Advisor said he would call on the 28th to collect payment and vehicle would be left out front and keys would be left with sales as the service dept would closed. Came to pick up my car and waited an hour because keys was not left with sales and my car had to be looked for. Poor service, corrupted dealership. More

The service was overall poor for the exception of keasha peirce..but everyone was chatty and socializing..Again they need to reevaluate the finance department and stop robbing or misleading g costumers and work on a better deals not what's going to fatten their pockets. I had my vehicle serviced previously at this location with no issues, but my August 12th experience was awful. After waiting for 3 hours with no one even looking at the vehicle I was told that my vehicle with no issues, but my August 12th experience was awful. After waiting for 3 hours with no one even looking at the vehicle I was told that my vehicle was for a drop off service. When the appointment was confirmed on the 11th the agent asked me if I was aware that the service was a drop off. I told her NO and as the facility did not provide free transportation to my home address she said she would change it. It was only after asking Mr. Cobb for the second time about the time the vehicle would be ready that he told me it was a drop off service. My effort to reach a manager was futile. I took my vehicle and left without the repairs being done.. More
