While the service was good, the previous visit before this last one stated that i needed to replace the cabin air filter. I never did. I forgot. The wait was very long. The finance department definatley did not give you options when it come to choosing financing. They definately push you to use Toyota. I had my vehicle serviced previously at this location with no issues, but my August 12th experience was awful. After waiting for 3 hours with no one even looking at the vehicle I was told that my vehicle with no issues, but my August 12th experience was awful. After waiting for 3 hours with no one even looking at the vehicle I was told that my vehicle was for a drop off service. When the appointment was confirmed on the 11th the agent asked me if I was aware that the service was a drop off. I told her NO and as the facility did not provide free transportation to my home address she said she would change it. It was only after asking Mr. Cobb for the second time about the time the vehicle would be ready that he told me it was a drop off service. My effort to reach a manager was futile. I took my vehicle and left without the repairs being done.. More
