Took forever to service the car and nickel and dime me for everything . Charge extra for using credit card and no free car washes. Might as well go to a mom and pop shop. Not returning. More

No professional work man spend three hours on rear brakes just to change pads an skim rota.. Toyota don't need workers like that..or maybe some kind of scamming going on with the employee's. I visist a next professional shop and it less time. Please explain why it took so long. I feel I was (Robbed).
