First complimentary service from Toyota took 3-4 hours wait time without any big issue. It’s ridiculous. Was there Friday to service my car. Had to come back on Tuesday because the wheels sounded like they would roll off. Called to report the issue and was told I needed to come in the morning. I took off Tuesday because the wheels sounded like they would roll off. Called to report the issue and was told I needed to come in the morning. I took off work on Friday to service my car. Now I have to take off work again on Tuesday to assess an issue that was not there to begin with. More
