Have always been satisfied with the maintenance but yesterday’s experience wasnt at all pleasant. It wasmt last free service maintenace and i was charged $113. The consumer service is top notch. Very friendly, keep you informed and communicate well. Unfortunately what we brought the vehicle in for was not corrected. Vehicle still has the same noise, paid out alm you informed and communicate well. Unfortunately what we brought the vehicle in for was not corrected. Vehicle still has the same noise, paid out almost $700 and was not taken care of, instead something else seems to be repaired that did not address the noise problem. We did not notice the noise the first time vehicle was brought in a few weeks prior to this repair, so we brought vehicle back and was charged for something else that did not correct the noise. More

Not only do they advise you by calling, they also text you when your car is ready. A different service associated approached me to advise me of an issue with my carpet which I never knew I had and I am glad she did because now I will be more cautious of that issue. More
