Brought my car for routine 3yr service and an inspection. After waiting 2 1/2 hrs I inquired about the car. I was told they he had just checked and they were working on my car right now. After another hou After waiting 2 1/2 hrs I inquired about the car. I was told they he had just checked and they were working on my car right now. After another hour (that's now 3 1/2 hrs) the service rep asked for my paperwork so he could check on it. He came back saying they had a lot of inspections and that was what was holding it up. Finally at hour 4 I again, checked and was told my car was now ready. I was then informed that the reason for the delay was the inability to connect with DMV. Why not tell me that hrs ago and let me decide if I wanted to wait or take it elsewhere for the inspection. More

I waited over 4 hours for my car to be serviced... but I was disappointed with no oil change... even though my car was at that 5300 mileage... WHY was it not changed? I was under the impression it was( the was disappointed with no oil change... even though my car was at that 5300 mileage... WHY was it not changed? No communication. It took 2 days for service to be completed. No updates. Wrong completion time given. I had to wait 8 hours on the second day for my vehicle. No updates. They tried to charge me for w completed. No updates. Wrong completion time given. I had to wait 8 hours on the second day for my vehicle. No updates. The person who took care of me said it would take between 4-5 hours to put in the new part as well as do the basic servicing. In about 3 and a half hours, he came to look for me and said the job was comple 4-5 hours to put in the new part as well as do the basic servicing. In about 3 and a half hours, he came to look for me and said the job was complete.
