I was very disappointed in my visit for my first service 10,000 Mile or 1 year on the Brand new Rav4 hybrid I purchased from this dealer. I also needed my annual Nys inspection and brought it to this dealer 10,000 Mile or 1 year on the Brand new Rav4 hybrid I purchased from this dealer. I also needed my annual Nys inspection and brought it to this dealer because I was promised free inspections and free car washes with every service. When I dropped off my car your advisor rep Margie Bonel Flore told me that there would be a $37 charge for Nys inspection and that I didn’t want the car wash because of possible damage to my car. I informed her what I was promised when I purchased the car and she that they were under new management. When I picked up my car she directed me to Xavier the service manager. He told me the charge was new for 2021 and that they were looking for a new car wash company. I told him that I was never informed when I booked the appointment of these changes and specifically asked about it. I would never of traveled to this dealer for service when other Toyota dealers are much closer to my home. In addition they had a hard time finding my car and key at pickup it took 4 people. I was so pleased, recommended this dealer to my friends and family and gave a glowing review of all the staff at Advantage involved in the sale of my new vehicle and expected the same from service. Unfortunately, that did not Happen. I guess I will need to look for other dealer service locations in the future. More

Called the day before appointment with a couple of questions including a time estimate for the work. Left voicemail but did not receive a callback. Was told upon arrival 2-2.5 hours. I was charged more than my deductible after using my warranty and my car was held from me even tho payment was guaranteed from the warranty. I was without my car for more than a week.
