For my last two visits, I have been told that I failed the alignment test. I paid for it to be done on the first notice, only to be told the same thing again this time. I refused it. After waiting 3 hours the alignment test. I paid for it to be done on the first notice, only to be told the same thing again this time. I refused it. After waiting 3 hours just for a service, I was then told that I needed a tire since I have a nail in my sidewall. They said it it would cost $269. I agreed to that, only to be told 20 mins later, that they did not have it in stock. I took my car to a tire shop, and saw that the nail was not in my sidewalk, and it could be easily repaired. I feel like Advantage Toyota service department has been doing just that, taking advantage of me, and looking for any means to rip me off!! More
