I was contacted within 10 minutes and scheduled a test drive when my work schedule allowed. The salesman, Paul Crosby, was accommodating, courteous, and asked me a few more questions about why I was interested in the Impreza and what I needed in a vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership, I met Paul and could tell he was genuinely excited and passionate about Subaru. Paul walked me through the different trim levels and features and then we drove the car. The negotiation on the car was easy, straightforward, and Paul explained all the costs, financing options, and special offers. Honestly this was one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. The dealership is smaller and has a family feel to it, which I liked.
