Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep is a premier Scottsdale dealership that specializes in selling new and used cars, trucks, and SUVs. We first opened our doors in September of 2002 as a Chrysler and Jeep dealer, and eventually acquired Dodge and Ram in December of 2008. Thanks to our wide selection of popular models from some of the top brands in the automotive industry, we have accumulated many loyal customers whom we continue to do business with today.

Conveniently located on 7801 East Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard, Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep serves Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Sedona, AZ, as well as the surrounding communities. As a leading Jeep dealership in the Valley, we also hold an annual Jeep Jamboree, where we invite Jeep owners to come with us on a weekend-long off-roading trip. The event has been incredibly successful over the years, and it continues to be a yearly highlight.
In addition to hosting fun events, we also support many organizations within our community. We have sponsored and donated to the Arizona Humane Society, Crisis Nursery, Pinnacle High School, American Legion, and Mesa 4-Wheelers in the past. We do our best to regularly help out other organizations in need.

Stay away from Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Read the negative reviews because they are telling the truth. This dealership is riddled with post-sale issues and accountability. We leased a Jeep Wrangler 4xe on April 23, 2023 from the salesperson Andrew/Drew, and the vehicle has been great thus far. What has not been great, is that we have still not received the money for our trade-in vehicle. We have attempted to reach out to the dealership multiple times with every employee telling us something different. Specifically, Brian (I believe the GM), initially called us a few days after getting the vehicle and when voicing my concern of not hearing from our bank or the dealership he assured me that it is being processed and can take a bit longer at times. Brian also consistently talked over me on the phone when asking him questions regarding the money owed and other post-sale questions. After waiting a few more days we called our bank who said they have not heard from the dealership nor showed any transfers/communication taking place on this. We then called the dealership asking to speak with Muhammad the finance person who we processed the sale, we were told he was busy and would give us a callback. He never did. *** Heads up; Muhammad and the finance team will attempt to sell you on their MPP coverage. It costs thousands of dollars and when we turned it down he dropped it to about $30 a year "to be nice". Even having the gall to ask us to leave him a good review after giving us that "deal"***. A few more days passed and we attempted to call again this time reaching Patricia or Patty in reception and explained the issue and lack of call back from the team, she then assured us she won't let that happen again and said she would look into it. As she looked us up she expressed that it was odd that it seemed that nothing had been processed yet via their system. This left us concerned that Muhammad and/or our salesperson Andrew/Drew did not process our trade-in or actively begin the transaction with our bank. Patricia or Patty then said she would make sure to find someone in finance who could help us and would call us back. No one did. Lastly, we attempted to call back the same day after not hearing back from anyone and being promised that someone would give us a callback. We reached a salesperson named Travis. Travis said he would also find someone who could help with our issue and put us on hold for 10 minutes and then sent us to voicemail, assuming to not have to deal with our issue. At this point, we still don't have the money from our trade-in and are concerned if it has even been processed correctly or if we will run into a larger issue down the road. It seems that this branch strictly focuses on "making the sale" versus consumer retention, I have never experienced this with competitor companies/branches like BMW or Mercedes down the road from Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I am hoping that this review not only helps future shoppers to avoid Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep while they sort out their internal operations failings but also enacts someone on the Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep team to CALL US so that we can find a solution to the issues we have. Hello, I would like to apologize for my behavior at our appointment. I hope it is accepted and as I am sure, a lot of bad behavior has occurred due to the treatment of the customer by the service associate appointment. While it was wrong of me, I need you to understand just how that button was pushed. First of all, I had an appointment the middle of November for a Dodge recall of an airbag. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment, I was asked if I was planning on waiting, which I was, but then I was immediately told the car would be at the dealer all day.. My schedule did not allow for me to be without a vehicle, I had not made plans for this, because I was not forewarned, so I needed to reschedule. I would think a notice would be courteous, but I am just the customer. I made an appointment for the end of December (the 28th), over 5 weeks away. Then a week before the appointment, I called and asked if the appointment could be pushed back one day to December 29th. No worries is what I was told. My husband was coming in from out of state so that we could take the car to the dealer with a second car available for pickup by that driver. I received 2 texts on the 27th, while in CA, confirming my appointment on the 28th. I called and explained that we had an appointment on the 29th but we had decided to leave CA a day early and would take the 28th. No worries is what I was told again. When we arrived at the service department for our appointment, we were told that we could leave the car until the beginning of the following week, January 3rd, because four techs had called in sick. We tried explaining that it was impossible because my husband was going to be leaving the state again. I was offered a Lyft but that was going to be inconvenient for me because I have to go back to work. As we were told, in a very rude manner, that you had "200 cars in the back with the same story, and we should really just deal with it" was when I reached the point that my buttons were pushed. We did everything to make these 2, rather 3 scheduled appointments. I am not sure what more we could have done. My husband flew to Arizona, we left CA early, we made it to our appointments on time, and we moved our appointments to make it easier for your scheduling but now we are told that we have to be inconvenienced again. We were also educated, by your service advisor, on the economy and the issues with techs because that is what is happening across the USA and basically, so sad to be you. We were asked to leave and take our business elsewhere because we were not able to be more flexible. I asked if we could go to any Dodge dealer or an individual technician. I was told that I must find another Dodge dealer, so we will. I would also like to point out the number of texts I received wanting to know if I wanted to sell our car to your dealership. While we had not considered it, I am in the market for a new Challenger so thought that I would check them out while at your dealership. My husband and I talked about trading in my 2019 performance package mustang that just hit 19,000 miles on a Challenger and maybe trading in this 300 STR8 but we will look at another dealership since we were asked to leave because we weren’t flexible with our 3rd appointment. Again, I am sorry for my behavior. We were frustrated because we left our family to make sure we made this appointment, we rescheduled a couple of times, we did our part, but it wasn’t good enough and then we were asked to leave because you have 200 cars needing repairs that have the same story. That, Sir/Ma’am, is not good advertising for someone that was in the market for a new vehicle from your dealership. I hope you find reliable technicians and maybe, just maybe, a service associate that shows compassion instead of hostility. It was not our fault that you are behind. We were just trying to get a Dodge recall taken care of. We are not the type of people that put reviews on Yelp, Facebook, Twitter or any other social media programs, but we are the type of people that will remember where not to go. NEVER get service done at this location! I'd give 0 if I could. Lack of Customer Service, Lack of Communication, and utter disrespect for their customer's time runs rampant here. Expect to hear "Well I don't know anything about that." or "That person is not here today". I had to go in 4X to get 1 single issue fixed. The buck was always passed and I did not get to work with the same person twice after my first visit. Even Service Managers do not communicate to one another when something has been escalated to try and save any bit of a relationship. Don't waste your time -- I can tell you I had taken off work 4X to get this done. When they finally agreed on the 4th time to give me a loaner, they try to hit me with "well you need to pay for gas etc." Excuse me?! The only reason I am here today is because of your incompetence and inability to service my vehicle. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!! (Side note - thank you to the service tech that actually was in my meeting with Service Mgr #1 Todd -- and recognized me the 4th time to make good on what was promised bc Service Mgr #2 "had no idea what was going on." He was the ONLY competent person I dealt with) More
