My car sat at the shop for over 4 hours without even being looked at. Never got any updates. I called at 4:30 and they said it hadn’t been looked at yet at all. After I said how unhappy i was they had t being looked at. Never got any updates. I called at 4:30 and they said it hadn’t been looked at yet at all. After I said how unhappy i was they had them look and within 20 minutes they said it was done and had a new battery. I was happy about that and went to pick it up when they charged me $685! After looking up batteries for my exact vehicle they came up at the highest $280. I was very unhappy at the extremely high cost. Then I had asked several times if they would check my tires and fill them with air since they were low. He said yes and again when I picked it up that that was part of their inspection. When i went to leave I saw they hadn’t filled them. I asked the guy and he said he didn’t know how to reset the car and it’s possible you just have to drive it to reset. He didn’t offer to check them again because they were closing. I left and they didn’t reset. They are still low ! I am very unhappy with the service and cost of Airpark . More

I had to call and text everyday for a week till I finally received information about my truck. Not sure if I’ll go back to them . Buying a car should be exciting not stressful. More
