The absolute worse sales I have ever dealt with! They gave me a monthly price that they could sell me a truck at and then backed out of the deal and ignored all my phone calls and texts! They will tell you one thing and then send you paper work to sign that is totally something different! You then have to call the 1-800 number just to get someone to answer the phone. When you get a manager on the phone they will try and blame everything on you saying it was your fault when in fact they were the ones that gave the numbers! I have all the conversation screen shot. They tell you they can’t sell a vehicle at the price that THEY told you! I was up front and honest with them from the beginning and told them I needed to be within a certain monthly payment. They said no problem. They send you numbers that you agree upon and then decide they don’t want to do it anymore and just ignore you! The general manager of course is not available to talk to. I will be contacting Ram and the BBB regarding this dealership and their shady sales! More
