This dealership is a scam. Didn’t even make it home with our vehicle bought there and the check engine light came on. Took it back and they claimed their “master”mechanic worked on it before we picked it up. Not much of a master. Next time we picked it up, check engine light came on again. Immediately set up an appointment to discuss these problems with the manager (who didn’t note it on his calendar even though we were on speaker and three of us heard him confirm the appointment time). He would not take the vehicle back and was extremely rude. Was told vehicle had a 100,000 warranty which upon first trip to the shop for costly repairs, we were told it expired at 60,000 miles. Sadly, at 6 months of owning it, major repairs are occurring. The Jeep has been o in the shop for weeks with diagnostic tests not showing the exact cause of the problem. We were stranded at a shopping center for 5 hours with a 4 year old child since car would not go into reverse. Towing company could not assist us for over 7 hours. This purchase from Airpark Jeep has been more than a nightmare. I gave them one star but, in reality, they deserve zero stars; however, the rating system would not allow me to give a zero rating. I should have walked away the second I saw how much gas the salesperson pumped like $5.00 to the jeep when we took it for a test drive. I had to pump gas to make it home all dealers give you a full tank when buying a car. so, this is by far the worst customer service once they get your money they will not give you what they promised even when it's in writing, yes this is what happened to me. the jeep was never detailed it was only washed and still left very dirty but I thought to myself (I can do it no big deal). then we had a disagreement with the tires & finally, I was going to walk away so they gave in only agreeing to give me half of what the tires would cost me still we had to call several times for them to send me the check. the 2nd key took tons of phone & after 5 months to get it, Rachel which is a total (B) called me, and we scheduled the appointment well I missed the stupid appointment due to a family emergency out of the country, once I got back I called this (B) because I need to schedule an appointment for them to F program the key, that should not take more than 10 min. and it can be a darn walk-in especially after making me wait 5 months for this key! well, the key was not held for one month they returned it according to Rachel, I no longer will get the free key that was said I was going to get! I have it in writing & signed by the Manager. but just because I missed my appointment they decide I won't get it for free. and my seat covers also I never got them I told them several times via email with the salesperson & have been calling when I get a chance to leave messages for the manager and no call back we are going into 9 months and I'm tired of this. it should not have to be like this I need my key and seat cover. it's not fair I went in there happily to buy a car and they managed to screw me! please walk away or get things before signing anything or driving away because after that they will ignore you More

What a bad experience. Initially I though it might be just one bad apple, but it seems most of the tree has gone to rot. We came in to check out a certified Ram 1500 th Initially I though it might be just one bad apple, but it seems most of the tree has gone to rot. We came in to check out a certified Ram 1500 that I had called and texted with a salesman about earlier in the day. It was gorgeous, and just what we were looking for with even a bit more. It had been advertised at the price of 60,099. We were fine with that price. But the window had an "addendum" that had about $2800 in dealership add-ons like nitrogen in the tires and a tint warranty. So the price advertised was deceptive. Our salesperson had been called away for a family situation so we were passed on to a guy named Rob Toma I think. When we asked if they still had the truck on the lot he started trying to ask us what features we wanted. It was over 100 degrees outside and we knew exactly which truck we were interested in so we said, please, no questions - do you have this truck. He literally would not answer us, and kept asking questions. When we told him that if he asked 1 more question we would leave, he said, "I'm not going to let you tell me how to do my job." Easy enough, he was fired and we found a sweet young kid to help us. So, even after the shady price increase, we still talked numbers hoping that they would make it up in the trade in offer. Nope, they came in $5000 under the last dealership offer on my trade. The manager came over and schmoozed us with stories of his wife and this and that, but the price stuck where it was - essentially $5-7000 more than we had expected. So we left. Oh - we bought essentially the same truck at the next place we stopped, which I have also reviewed on this website. More

I purchased a $85000 used truck that was damaged on the lot but they promised me it would be fixed correctly by Airpark Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Whe I purchased a $85000 used truck that was damaged on the lot but they promised me it would be fixed correctly by Airpark Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram When they had me pick it up one evening they said it was “fixed” when I got it home and looked at it In The daytime I noticed it was not fixed correctly and I pointed it out to them. I was told by Chris the used car manager that to have it fixed it would cost $2500 but he would only cover $500 of it in good faith. This is unacceptable and bad business I told him. That did not change the outcome. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership and I will make sure that anyone I know doesn’t either. I will definitely be sharing this on all social media sites to make sure that this doesn’t happen to another honest paying customer at this dealership. More
