Took about 3 1/2 hours to do the paperwork even though I had an appointment and it was a cash deal. Had to ask to get the fuel tank filled, and they still only put a couple of gallons in the DEF tank. They put a $1,000 charge on my credit card (cash deal), and since the purchase two months ago have, with one exception, totally ignored every communication I sent including numerous phone calls and emails including to sales, including the sales manager, finance and service. I have yet to receive a copy of the warranty and am stioll uncertain whether the spare is correct - the Off Road Adventure package comes with a full-size but it is a different size and make than the other four. Paula in the office did credit back the charge on the card when I got hold of her. This is an expensive Jeep - I got it at Airpark because it was the only one in the area with the right equipment. I now wish I had waited, and I am thankful I'm out of state so I don't have to experience their service dept. Absolutely the most miserable experienced at a dealership I have ever had, and would never, ever recomend them. I'm a car guy,and people really love this vehicle I got. I bought a 2013 Ram Laramie diesel from Larry Miller Avondale. They may not be perfect, but they are decent. When people ask me about the Jeep I tell them to check out Larry Miller and avoid Airpark at all cost. Airpark seems to have a realtionship with Alice Cooper - bet he never bought a vehicle there. If I were in the habit of using 4-letter words I could coin a few new ones for Airpark. You don't expect a pleasurable experinece buying a new vehicle, but this was an abysmal experience, and well worth going out of your way to avoid. Eric More
Purchased my Jeep from Airpark Jeep and that is where the adventure begins. The Finance Director is the rudest person I have ever met. When I traded in my Jeep Grand Cherokee due to issues that could not b adventure begins. The Finance Director is the rudest person I have ever met. When I traded in my Jeep Grand Cherokee due to issues that could not be resolved, first I took a bath on that transaction, second they were suppose to transfer all the warranties that I had purchased over to the new JKUR Wrangler. Well they did, but instead of issuing a Chrysler Warranty, they purchased a MPP Warranty (which is owned by the same company as Airpark). After several conversations I decided to return the warranty. I was told to expect the check in 4 weeks. When the check was not received...I went down to the dealership and asked for an update-- I was told that MPP sent the check to my lien holder. Well that is great but the Jeep is paid off so now what. I was told its out of their hands ... oh did I mention that at no time did they ask me for proof of a pink slip? nope I even asked ... So basically I am out $2500.00 unless the bank catches the overage. They would not give me any information (who the check was from, issuing bank, reference number- nope nothing no contact information at all). Granted I was getting frustrated at this point and I asked the Finance Director (who came over to see what is up) so now what?...how am I suppose to follow-up? Well he took exception to this question and asked me to leave. So here is the moral of the story... when they change process or give you false/incorrect information and you ask now what do you do ... they simply don't care ... and only care until you purchase the vehicle -- once the money is laid down ... you are asked to leave. They simply do not care about customers or the customer experience. Now about the service... (note the service director is new and is a really nice guy) the department still is suffering from a talent perspective. Todd is working on the issue however at the time of this writing the following is true. Be prepared to take your vehicle back at least 3 times for the same thing before there is a chance of it being fixed. On several occasions I took my Jeep in at 7:00 AM only to be told at 3:00 PM that they would not have time to perform the requested service. On other occasions I was told a part was in ... drove down only to find out that the part was not in, or wrong, or was given to another customer. Beware-- you have been warned !!! More

Please steer clear of this dealership, horrible customer service! The review is long but worth the read. They may have a large selection and even possibly have the exact vehicle you are looking for, but d service! The review is long but worth the read. They may have a large selection and even possibly have the exact vehicle you are looking for, but do not buy from this establishment. Here is how my experience went. I called in and David Head answered. I told him I was looking at a jeep at another dealership and was wondering if they could offer the same deal since they are 2 miles from my office and it would be far more convenient. After David asked me a few qualifying questions, he then told me, "I don’t see any reason why we couldn't offer you that price, when can you come in?" I then called my wife to see when she could meet me there. During this process, the original dealership I was talking to called me back and offered me a better deal so I then called David to see if they could match the new deal that was offered. He said he would have to look at the numbers and call me back. Well, after hours of waiting and me calling a couple of times to find out his answer, I finally got a hold of him. He said he couldn’t do that deal but he hadn’t run the number to see what my price would be, mind you it had been over 4 hours at this point. I asked him when he would have time to give me the exact number and he said an hour. Well, 1 1/2 hours later a salesperson called me and offered me a price that was $2k higher than David had agreed to on the first phone call. How does that work? I then asked for David and he pretended to have no idea what I was talking about. They mentioned that they record all calls and I asked if they could look up my first call, and the strangest thing....that particular call was not in system. All other calls were. Based on the shady business that was going on, I asked that David have the GM Coye Pointer call me so I could inform him of poor business practice, and I still have not heard from anyone and its been 4 days. You have now been warned; take your business to a dealership with ethics, not Airpark. More
I bought a new dodge charger from another dealership and took it for its first oil change at this dealership since it is close to my work. I waited to buy a car for a long time a got a really cool car, the took it for its first oil change at this dealership since it is close to my work. I waited to buy a car for a long time a got a really cool car, the charger road and track with the hemi engine. It is a black car with black interior and powerful. When I picked up my car the valet kid smirked at me weird and when I got back to my office, that is just under one mile away I realized there was 30 more miles on my car than the mileage out on my paperwork. I went and looked at the car and there was mud under the car and on the wheels and the car was supposed to be washed. I was in a hurry when I picked up the car so did not think to look for this at the time. I called my service writer who never called me back, still hasn't, I called the Service Manager who denied any wrongdoing. Then I called the General Manager daily. It was four days before I got a phone call back. He also denied it and said, "What do you expect me to do? Fire everybody?" Not the appropriate response to a customer whose car was essentially stolen and taken for a joy ride apparently on an unpaved road. Never got an apology, never offered to pay for a quality check by another dealer, never offered to credit the card for the service, or reimburse for the gas used on this joy ride. Nothing. I highly encourage you to purchase and take your vehicle elsewhere. Who knows what the staff are doing with those cars. More
Poor Service & No Integrity I am certainly Poor Service & No Integrity I am certainly disappointed in the service that I have received from your used car sales manager, Frank. I called in Poor Service & No Integrity I am certainly disappointed in the service that I have received from your used car sales manager, Frank. I called in and inquired regarding a Dodge 2500 that I saw listed on the internet. I first dealt with a sales person and was then contacted by Frank. I explained to Frank, that I would be buying from out of state to qualify for a year-end tax benefit. I also explained that I am a business owner in Los Angeles and was prepared to pay cash. We agreed on a price that was acceptable to both of us. I received an email from frank with the beak down of p\vehicle price, tax & license with his signature and a place for me to sign as acceptance. I signed the document and I emailed the signed confirmation back to Frank. I then called Frank to coordinate payment and arrange pickup details. Frank informs me that said that there was someone else who was in the showroom and interested in the truck. He promised to call me back in 5 minutes and let me know the outcome. Of course, I did not hear from Frank in 5 minutes. I did receive a call from the original sales person an hour and 20 minutes later informing me that the truck was sold and you had addition trucks available for sale. The one suggested has significantly more miles and not what was agreed upon and was priced in the same price range. After reaching out to the general manager his response was “ I appreciate you contacting me so I can use this experience to train with my staff. I’m sorry we were unable to earn your business. Unfortunately we often have more than one client looking at the same vehicle. With new vehicles we can usually find another unit but with a used car its harder to duplicate.” Online buyer beware, this dealership has poor integrity and is clearly misguided in its service approach. In these days of online sales, it is surprising that Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM Fiat offers vehicles for sale, agrees upon a price in writing and then pull the deal and sell to another buyer. They probably took another poor soul for more money. Do yourself a favor; find another dealership with integrity and a real commitment to servicing their customer. More

I am glad i decided to stop in as the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee's are amazing. It's not just a Jeep, its a luxury SUV. It competes with the BMW and Mercedes. The Jeep gives you more band for your buck. Anyhow, getting back to the rating, Dennis was who i dealt with first and was not pushy at all but wanted me to stop by just to check out the vehicle. He was confident in his vehicle so i decided to stop by. Then i dealt with Jeff to go over the numbers and I couldn't be any happier with the number they offered. Then off I went to deal with the finance department with Heather. She was upfront and did not sell me on useless crap which I really appreciated. She also helped me understand some things about a previous purchase from there. So all in all, the staff went above and beyond to get me even to hop on this site to write a review. If your in the market for a Jeep, Chrysler, Ram, or Dodge, definitely check Airpark out. More

I recently attempted to purchase a 2013 Ram 2500 from Airpark Ram Dealership. Initially the salesman, who I am intentionally not naming, gave me a great quote via email and after some hesitation and rea Airpark Ram Dealership. Initially the salesman, who I am intentionally not naming, gave me a great quote via email and after some hesitation and reassurance on the salesman's part, I allowed my credit to be pulled registering the much hated inquiry hit. All continued well and at 730pm on the night before I drove ACROSS TOWN to make the deal, I was told that they would have everything ready for me in the morning when I arrived. Keep in mind that I was quoted a price on a specific truck and on my quote was that truck's specific VIN. I knew what I was going there to buy and so was the salesman. I arrived at 1030 am the next day as scheduled and was immediately met by the salesman. As he shook my hand introducing himself, in the same breath he began to say that he came in late today. As he says this I see that he had enough time to stop at the local coffee shop due to the mocha frap latte mixture chilling on his desk. He continues to say that the truck we made the deal on had already sold. I think to myself, "already sold? since last night at 730pm to now?" Now I am not in the dealership career field however someone with Internet Manager in their title such as my salesman should have had the knowledge to ensure the truck wasn't being sold to another customer when he made the deal to me, correct? Especially after I wasted the gas and credit inquiry hit to make this happen. So instead of calling me in the morning when he finally arrived with his coffee to say the truck was sold, he allowed me to drive all the way down there and even had a red truck parked at the front for me to look at, all along knowing red was my least favorite color. After me challenging his lack of customer service, the salesman had the nerve to say that we never agreed on a specific truck and that it was my fault that the trip was wasted because I didn't choose to buy the red truck or the dealer lifted monster truck in the showroom that he kept pushing on me. So I left and requested his managers contact info. I relayed this story to his manager and the finance manager and the general manager of the Airpark Ram Dealership. I have sent them two emails in two weeks requesting an answer. I have as of this review received no replies by anyone with any kind of apology or excuse. This is completely unacceptable since they are so quick to spam your email with every chance to get you to come in. I will never do business with this Dealership again and strongly encourage anyone reading this to beware. More
