First off, this is the only negative review that I've ever written in my life. After spending two days working out a deal on a used Dodge Durango, we came to a mutually agreeable price (over the phone) a ever written in my life. After spending two days working out a deal on a used Dodge Durango, we came to a mutually agreeable price (over the phone) and they ran and approved my credit. The sales associate, Gabriel (unknown last name) requested a $5,000 refundable deposit to hold the vehicle until the next morning as the dealership was closing and we were driving in from out of town. I explained to him that I already had my $12,000 down payment in cash and would need to deposit it into the bank in order to send the requested hold. He said that he understood the situation and that it wasn't an issue. At 8:00 on Friday morning I picked up my one-way rental car in Lake Havasu and messaged Gabriel to let him that know that I was on my way. He responded back asking for an ETA. I let him know that it would take 3 hours and 20 minutes to drive there. He responded with "see you then". I got within 20 minutes of the dealership and Gabriel called to let me know that the vehicle was sold, but to still come down to check out other vehicles. In my opinion, this was a bait and switch tactic. On my way home I received a call from the Sales Manager, to follow up on the sale. unbeknownst to him, he was unaware of what had happened. The lack of communication and ethical awareness within the dealership resulted in me paying for a 2 day rental, spending 7+ hours driving round trip, and taking a day off work and away from my family. I had the pleasure of working with Eric Kittleman to purchase the 2" Mopar lift kit for my Wrangler JLUR. Eric is very knowledgeable about Jeeps and gave me some great tips well beyond lift kit info. Billy Young performed the installation of the kit as well as the 4 wheel alignment after the kit was installed. Eric and Billy both did a great job and I actually got my Jeep back earlier than the promised time! The Jeep rides great on the roads, and we'll soon see what kind of difference the lift kit makes on the trails! Note: as for the review where it asks about the people I worked with in Management, I don't know who Glen Drobney is, thus the 3 star rating. More

Took my vehicle in for a transmission flush. Someone added 5 qts of oil to the engine. On top of what was already there. Almost ruined my engine. They totally denied any responsibility. Ethan is terrible....If I could give 0 stars I would. I supposedly got approved. Was told they would drop it off at 9am since I didn't have a way there n they said it was no problem. I contacted them no reply. 2 weeks later still nothing. How can u tell someone they're approved and we"re dropping off the car n then not contact them. I even put insurance on it because they told me I had to. The worst experience ever. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. More
I just bought a Jeep Wrangler 2021 from Steven Ehlert. Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful in the sales process. He is a very pleasant person do deal with and he made the process very easy. Can't get anyone to even call me back. Had discussion about vehicle, salesman said he'd send me a text w/ info shortly, but never did. I guess these guys don't want to sell vehicles. Would look elsewhere unless you like wasting your time. Lots of other dealerships around. More
Very disappointed with Airpark Jeep. Had a service appointment with Derrick today, for multiple ongoing issues concerning my backup sensors. Airpark rotated my 5 tires which caused the back sensors to appointment with Derrick today, for multiple ongoing issues concerning my backup sensors. Airpark rotated my 5 tires which caused the back sensors to continuously tone. The problem didn’t occur until I brought my JL to Airpark for an oil change and tire rotation. Following the tire rotation, the sensors toned whenever the JL was in reverse. Derek refused to recognize this as a warranty claim (Jeep is 6 months ) and refused to provide a loaner car, stating any repair was not under warranty. He stated he would be charged personally if he issued me a loaner. I went to another dealership, who recognized the issue, provided warranty service (which was to rotate the wheel), and quickly resolved the issue. Service. Never going to Airpark again. More
