Airpark Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

After owning a previous vehicle (Toyota Tacoma) for 170K miles, I made a questionable purchase on a new Tacoma and had the almost new pickup with 5K miles on it. I've always loved Jeep Wranglers and though miles, I made a questionable purchase on a new Tacoma and had the almost new pickup with 5K miles on it. I've always loved Jeep Wranglers and thought I'd stop by the Airpark Jeep lot and kick some tires. I was introduced to Jeff Walz and after explaining my situation, we went for a test ride in a 2010 Rubicon. It was like driving a Cadillac compared to my old '88 Wrangler! Anyway, our negotiations on price went quickly, efficiently and as pain-free as possible (along with quite a few laughs). Although I took a hit for a quick trade-in, I feel that Jeff got me the best deal possible given the circumstances. Derrick in the Finance department was also really easy to work with on all the detail work. All I know is that when I drove into the lot, I was in a vehicle I really didn't like. I had my Jeep Wrangler serviced on 1/10/11, due to it shaking on occasion. $296.00 later my vehicle still shakes, in fact even worse than before I brought it in for service. Overall my experience was good. The cost of $951.00 seemed very high to me for 30,000s service. My vehicle was not there that long. my husband owns a Toyota 4 wheel drive tundra, same year as my jeep seemed very high to me for 30,000s service. My vehicle was not there that long. my husband owns a Toyota 4 wheel drive tundra, same year as my jeep, his 30,000 mi service was less than half the cost. i do feel the cost of service will factor in to any decision I make about purchasing another vehicle in the future. I am always pleased with the promptness and friendly atmosphere of Airpark Jeep. This last episode of my window falling off the track during my Christmas shopping rush, was handled with calm and efficie atmosphere of Airpark Jeep. So along with fixing my window, we even took care of some maintenance that needed attention. While I waited for my car, I was able to peruse the lot for new models of Jeep and wasn't "Jumped Upon" by sales people. One salesperson, Susan, came and chatted with me and encouraged me to make myself at home on the lot and if I had any questions, she'd be willing to help me. I appreciated that greatly. More
