I have been coming to Airpark since I returned to the Valley 4 years ago. When I first visited I met John and immediatly felt he truly cared about me the customer as well as my car. He, as well as Maureen Working, are the reason I have held on to this car knowing it would always "get me there" no matter how far away "there" was. I was particularly happy that John suggested I extend my warranty for an additional 2 years as it was at its end of a 7 year run. Although I have encountered a few repair issues John and Dave, your mechanic, were always able to make the repairs so that I still felt comfortable driving my car. Although my car is is at a relative low milage level, I suspect I will selll it at the end of my warranty period and given "my team" is still in place I would consider another Jeep Grand Cherokee. As usual, John in the Service Department was terrific. Brought car in because of 'dead battery' and while waiting went into lot just to check cars there. John does a a great job. Nothing to do with John but as I drove home I checked the tire pressure and found that the two tires on the griver's side were at 41 psi, the passenger side rear was at 44 and the fr drove home I checked the tire pressure and found that the two tires on the griver's side were at 41 psi, the passenger side rear was at 44 and the front passenger side was 39 as I recall. By the time I got home I was getting an audible signal to check tire pressure. I corrected the issue myself (easy fix but a bad way to send a customer away). More
