Just this past Saturday, I had an 8:30 appointment (that was made well in advance) for a simple oil and filter change on my 2008 sales and service. Just this past Saturday, I had an 8:30 appointment (that was made well in advance) for a simple oil and filter change on my 2008 Grand Cherokee. My daughter took the GC in for me on Saturday, and she made sure that they knew we had an 8:30 appointment. They made her wait almost 2 hours for a simple oil and filter change. If that had been me that had been forced to wait that long, I would have certainly gone looking for the General Manager of the dealership. As I mentioned at the beginning, I have been using your dealership for a number of years, and haven't had any issues. Then my daughter goes in and is forced to wait an unreasonable length of time, even though she had an appointment. I am very disappointed in Saturday's service. Jim Kusbel More

I only wish that I had discovered your dealership before I purchased my other 2 new cars that I purchased at Avondale Auto Group in July. We did have an issue with the finance department,m we asked that they hold our down payment check for 2 weeks which we agreed to but unfortunately they deposited it right away wich caused us to have several bounced checks but your dealership did help us correct the issue but it was a big inconvenience causing me to miss a half a day of work to get it resolved.
