It was a good experience. Our questions were answered. We were shown the options that we were interested in and not bothered with choices that we were definitely not of any interest to us. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and grew up around the business. The sales team of Mark, John,Fred and Sales Manager Shaun Griffin at AIRPARK were professional and courteous in every way and ma around the business. The sales team of Mark, John,Fred and Sales Manager Shaun Griffin at AIRPARK were professional and courteous in every way and made the buying experience very pleasant. As a result, I purchased two vehicles in the past month from AIRPARK and will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Jeep, Chrysler or Dodge product. More
This was without question the worst experience in 20 years of buying cars. The first salesman that greeted us (Brandon) immediately passed us off to Tate who I'm quite certain hasn't been selling cars years of buying cars. The first salesman that greeted us (Brandon) immediately passed us off to Tate who I'm quite certain hasn't been selling cars for more than a month. While friendly, he lacked maturity and professionalism, he was very interested in expressing his love of cars and spent no time asking us what we were looking for in a car. As poor as our interaction was during the test drive, that was just the beginning. We were escorted (after the test drive) to Tate's desk, which was cluttered and dirty, his dirty lunch plate was at the top of a very full trash can. The other sales consultants desks appeared much more orderly and clean. Now onto the highlight of our visit into your dealership...we discovered a Jeep that was advertised on the Internet listed at $20,900, seemgingly a fair price for the vehicle so we made the trip from east Mesa. We told Tate that this was going to be a cash deal, so he excused himself to discuss something with his sales manager. He returned with a price of $28,000. He claimed that the $20,900 price did not include the tires, lift, or window tint, needless to say my sarcasm took over and I asked Tate to remove the tint, lift, & tires, he looked at me as though what I was requesting was absurd, of course it was and was stated intentionally as your dealership would clearly not sell a car without the tires or even be prepared to remove the lift kit and window tint! I'm still very disappointed with happened, my wife and I are buying our son a car for his 16th birthday, he was with us when this happened, he asked if this is why people hate buying cars so much, I told him that this was as unique an experience as I've ever had in any dealership, in fact I'm still deliberating about registering a formal complaint with the AZ attorney general's office. I was appalled with what happened and would think that the leadership would be embarrassed by this unprofessional and deceitful business practice. Sincerely, Jeff & Dawne Longfield More
I was not able to bring my jeep in myself as I had to work but my friend brought her in for her checkup (my jeep has a personality and a name "Rubi") My rating is based on what she told me about her expe work but my friend brought her in for her checkup (my jeep has a personality and a name "Rubi") My rating is based on what she told me about her experience at the dealership. Rubi is my baby and so its a relief to know she is in very capable hands when I have to bring her in for service. Excellent service !!! More
Because of Gregory, we changed our decision to purchase a GMC truck to a Dodge. He could not have been more helpful or courteous. We wish all of the sales people were as professional as he was during our v GMC truck to a Dodge. He could not have been more helpful or courteous. The purchase of our new Chrysler 300C, from Air Park Dodge Chrysler Jeep, was a very pleasant experience. By using the Air Park Dodge Chrysler Jeep web site, we knew the model, color, and price range of Dodge Chrysler Jeep, was a very pleasant experience. By using the Air Park Dodge Chrysler Jeep web site, we knew the model, color, and price range of the vehicle we were looking for, before we went to the dealership. A test drive was scheduled, a fair trade-in was given for our car, the paperwork was signed, and the car was ours. The sales person was very helpful, explained all the new features, and made sure they were all operational. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new Chrysler product to check out the large selection of vehicles on the Air Park Dodge Chrysler Jeep web site and save your self a lot of time and effort. Paul and Julie P.S. After driving our new Chrysler 300C for about a week, we noticed a minor problem. I returned to the dealership for the repair and was impressed by the friendly and professional attitude of everyone I came in contact with in the service department. More
This is the 2nd vehicle we bought at your dealership. The first time we worked with Lisa Strassman and it was an excellent experience. The 2nd time was not as great. We left the dealership with our new preow first time we worked with Lisa Strassman and it was an excellent experience. The 2nd time was not as great. We left the dealership with our new preowned car and it only had one set of keys. We were offered 100.00 by the salesperson but I said I really needed 2 sets of keys and he said since we were from out of town to go to our local dealership, get the extra key, and send him the bill and he would see that we were reimbursed. I got the key locally the next day and faxed the bill, called him, left voicemail and got no response. I called the next day and apparently he wasnt in that day. He called after that, said he didnt get the fax, I emailed it to him, and again I havent heard anything. I also sent a message on the 'contact us' part of the website and never heard anything back. I have now emailed him again to see if he can tell me whats going on with being reimbursed but as yet I havent heard back. I dont wanna be a pain about it, but I was told this would be taken care of. It cost me 285.75 out of my pocket that I really need to be reimbursed for. I would not have taken the car that night if I knew I wasnt going to be compensated for another key. On top of that, they knew we were traveling home that night (3.5 hours away) and they sent us off with a tire that needed air and we had to try 3 different places to find somewhere to get air just to get on the road home. For the first time ever, I didn't feel dirty when I left a car dealership. Ian is a keeper. My wife purchased a vehicle at Airpark Dodge some months ago and the experience was good enough that I also purc a car dealership. Ian is a keeper. As the car is back at Airpark because the first trip did nothing to fix the problem the issues with the way you work on cars should be looked at. My wife was given back a car that based on all the work that nothing to fix the problem the issues with the way you work on cars should be looked at. My wife was given back a car that based on all the work that is now being done to Fix the same issues from this ticket show the car was unsafe to drive. That your service team to say a car is fixed with everything that was truly wrong with my car is gross negligence on the part of the safe involved at Airpark. I am just glad that when I brought it back i demanded Henry authorize a rental car because what I got to start was just bring it back Monday. To answer the WHY just look at what the work being done to truly fix the problem is. The other big issue I have with Airpark's service department is I bring my car in for all its work and was never told on any issues with the front end suspension. I am pretty sure that all the issues being fixed currently didn't just happen overnight and a service department that really inspects cars when they are in for scheduled service would have seen some of the issues before they got to the point we are now. I think I could also make a case that the wearing out of the front tires is a direct result of Airpark's negligence in inspecting the car over the past two years when it has been in for service. As this is for your internal use I hope you do something about it but I am also looking into contacting Chrysler corp since the negligence you service departments showed has a direct impact on their brand and they should know the sloppy work being done at your dealership. I hope I gave you enough to accept my rating. Howard Segal More
