We try to make all our customers happy however in this situation we were unable to do so. There is no recall on a 2011 Honda Element seat trim. We have informed the customer of this. Customer purchased the part over the counter from our parts department and tried repair themselves and in doing so broke the part. We had Honda help them order a new part to replace the broken one under warranty. When Honda sent us the part it was the wrong color and had to be replaced. At that point when when we notified the customer he was condescending to several employees and since he was not a regular customer of the dealership we informed the customer that it was in the best interest of both parties that he should find another dealership. The $200 in question is for the part the customer originally purchased and tried to install himself and broke. We have only worked on the passenger seat and never the driver's seat.

Wrong!!! Your dealership installed the second part and it broke again! We have paperwork showing that! Joe was rude to me personally on 2 occasions. Regardless if we were “original” clients or not why can’t your dealership fix the problem? Never said it was the driver seat! That is the issue no one knows what’s going on.

Your records are wrong I was there 4 times and every time your dealership had no clue what was going on! Your dealership is an organized! On our last visit Joe personally told me he was going to order another part because the part that had come in came in in the wrong color and the last part that they had put on they broke. Obviously that was not the case and he lied to me just to get us out the door so you could then turn around and be done with it. My parents are doing a refund you should be ashamed of yourselves!
